Nick's Pressure Washing & More ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at nickspressurewashing.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or request a quote, how we use it, and what choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our request form, we collect the details you enter, including your first and last name, an optional company name, your email address, phone number, and the service address where the work would be done, along with the information you provide about the job itself. The form also records whether you chose to receive marketing emails and marketing text messages. If you contact us by phone, email, or social media, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services embedded in our pages may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed, along with the date and time of your visit.
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through this Site, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or precise geolocation.
2. Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our request form is provided by Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.), the field service software we use to manage quotes, scheduling, and customer records. The form is embedded from Jobber's servers, and what you submit is stored in our Jobber account. Jobber may set cookies and log technical information in order to deliver the form. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers that includes your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Our Site links out to third-party platforms including Facebook and Google Business Profile (for reviews). Once you follow a link to one of those sites, their own privacy policies govern, not this one.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may prevent the request form from working correctly.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a free, no-obligation estimate.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on pressure washing and window cleaning services.
- To send you service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To maintain business records, including invoices and job history.
- To improve our Site and our services, and to understand which pages visitors find useful.
- To comply with applicable law and to protect our legal rights.
4. Text Messages and Calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone or by text about your request and your service, including visit reminders and other messages needed to complete a job. Marketing text messages are a separate, optional choice on the form, and you can submit a request without agreeing to them.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop service messages, STOP MKT to opt out of marketing messages, or HELP for help. You can also tell us directly. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages needed to complete a job you have already scheduled.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as our web host, Jobber (which provides our request form and holds our quotes, scheduling, and customer records), and payment or invoicing tools. We share only what those providers need in order to perform that work for us.
- Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our employees, or the public.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or otherwise dispose of it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes. Contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor verifiable requests regardless of your state of residence, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, so please check back periodically.
