These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at nickspressurewashing.com (the "Site") and any services you request from Nick's Pressure Washing & More ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Nick's Pressure Washing & More is a locally owned, fully insured pressure washing and window cleaning business based in Huntington, Indiana, serving Huntington and surrounding areas.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest content for commercial purposes, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs of completed work, video, the Nick's Pressure Washing & More name and logo, and the site design, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

By submitting a review, photo, or testimonial to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in our marketing materials, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or on-site are free and carry no obligation. Any price quoted before we see the property is a good-faith preliminary figure based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ, for example if the surface area is larger than described, access is restricted, or the surface requires additional treatment. We will tell you about any change in price before performing the additional work.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days.

5. Scheduling, Weather, and Cancellation

Exterior cleaning depends on weather and daylight. We may reschedule work due to rain, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, and we will contact you to arrange a new date at no penalty to you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as you reasonably can, and at least 24 hours before the appointment where possible.

6. Property Access and Your Responsibilities

To perform the work, you agree to:

• Confirm that you own the property or are authorized to arrange the work.
• Provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned, including a working exterior water spigot and, where needed, electrical access.
• Close windows and doors, and remove or secure vehicles, furniture, decorations, pets, and other movable items from the work area beforehand.
• Tell us in advance about known issues such as loose or damaged siding, failing paint or caulk, cracked or broken windows or seals, leaking window or door frames, damaged screens, faulty wiring or outdoor fixtures, delicate plantings, or prior repairs.

7. Our Work

We use a low-pressure soft-wash process on house siding and appropriate methods for other surfaces, along with industry-standard diluted cleaning solutions. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping as part of our normal process.

Cleaning restores surfaces; it does not repair them. Results vary with the age, material, and prior condition of a surface. Some staining, including oxidation, rust, deep-set organic staining, paint failure, hard-water etching on glass, and permanent discoloration, may not fully come out, and we will tell you when we expect that.

8. Damage and Limitations

We are fully insured and we take care with your property. We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or defects that were not disclosed to us or were not reasonably visible, including loose, brittle, or improperly installed siding; failing paint, caulk, or glazing; deteriorated window seals or frames; water intrusion through gaps around windows and doors; damaged screens; or faulty exterior wiring and fixtures. We are likewise not responsible for items left in the work area that you were asked to move.

If you believe our work caused damage, notify us within 3 days of the service so that we have a fair chance to inspect it and make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We will tell you which payment methods we accept at the time of scheduling. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur reasonable fees and collection costs permitted by Indiana law.

10. Satisfaction

If something about the finished work isn't right, contact us within 3 days and we will come back and address the area in question. This is our standard remedy and is offered in place of, not in addition to, any other implied warranty.

11. No Warranty for the Site

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, including service descriptions and photos, but we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer; a service agreement is formed only when we confirm a scheduled job with you.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Facebook and Google, and our request form is provided by Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Huntington County, Indiana, and you consent to that venue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
